How to Repair a Beer Garden Table Set in 5 Easy Steps

Clean the damaged spot, remove grease, and roughen it with coarse sandpaper. Remove any wood splinters.
Apply wood filler to the prepared area and smooth it out with a spatula. Repeat as needed until the surface is level.
Once the wood filler is completely dry, sand the area smooth using sandpaper.
Stir the wood stain well, as the color pigments may settle at the bottom. Apply evenly with a brush.
After drying, lightly sand again with fine sandpaper and apply another coat of stain with the brush.
