We offer free palleted shipping on orders $999+ within the contiguous 48 states in the United States. For orders below $999, shipping rates are $399 per order. If you are ordering for delivery outside the continental U.S., we recommend contacting a Product Expert for assistance or exact shipping estimates. Orders within North America will ship from our Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters, while international orders will ship from one of our European locations.
Once we receive your payment, we prepare your order for shipping. Delivery usually takes about 7 business days.
Once your order has been handed over to the logistics provider, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email. Our logistics partner will then send you a separate email with the estimated delivery date and time window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. A second delivery attempt will be charged separately.
Our items are typically shipped in cardboard boxes. Larger orders are packed and delivered on pallets.
Of course! The delivery and billing address do not have to be identical. During checkout, you have the option to enter a delivery address and a separate billing address. Please note that the delivery address must be within Germany or Austria.
Unfortunately, delivery to post offices, parcel stations or PO boxes is not possible.
We ship as standard with the logistics providers Estes Express Lines, Southeastern Freight Lines and Road Runner
The freight carrier delivers to kerbside only. Please unpack the delivery immediately in the presence of the delivery drivers and check the items for damage. Later complaints will not be accepted by the carrier. Make sure to note any damage on the delivery documents.
Please note: If the delivery drivers are unwilling to wait, indicate on the delivery documents that you are accepting the goods with reservations.
