The design is transferred onto a fine screen using a chemical process, placed on the wood surface, and pressed through with a squeegee. The print is applied between the second and third glazing layers, ensuring long-lasting protection against scratches and damage.

The design is digitally optimized and color-calibrated, then printed photorealistically onto the wood using a high-resolution industrial printer. Enclosed between two layers of varnish, it stays permanently protected from UV rays, scratches, moisture, and abrasion.

The text is applied using a custom-made branding iron, heated to a high temperature and pressed evenly into the wood. The heat darkens and lightly embosses the characters, creating the signature fire-branded look.
