136 Components, 280 Steps and a Great Deal of Dedication

All production takes place within the EU: with our own joinery in Romania, metal fabrication and final assembly in our 7,000 m² production facility in Italy. The raw materials are sourced locally in each production country. As a family-run business, we ensure thorough quality control and precise craftsmanship.

The spruce wood we use comes from Romanian forests and is processed on-site. At our production facility in Zetea, Romania, the raw timber is turned into perfectly finished wooden boards, a core component of our furniture sets.

After gluing, sanding, lacquering and drilling, the panels are shipped to our headquarters in Italy for final assembly. There, the steel components are welded into sturdy underframes, powder-coated and attached to the wooden parts. After a final quality check, we ship our beer tables and benches from South Tyrol to the world.

From Locksmith to Beer Garden Table Set Pioneer

Patented Quality

In the 1970s, the Zingerle brothers laid the foundation for serial production of beer garden table sets through their locksmith business—after one client placed their trust in their innovative underframe design. Following success in Italy, they expanded abroad. When the German heritage brand RUKU encountered difficulties, the Zingerle brothers took over its operations—a heartfelt decision, since RUKU founder Rudolf Kurz had invented and patented the original folding lock mechanism back in 1952. To this day, our beer garden table sets impress with premium materials, smart design and dependable craftsmanship.

We have also had our beer garden table sets tested by TÜV SÜD according to DIN EN 1730:2012 and can prove that our beer tables easily support up to 150 kg.
