The design is transferred onto a fine screen using a chemical process, placed onto the wooden surface, and the ink is pressed through with a squeegee. The print is applied between the second and third glazing layers, ensuring the design is permanently protected against scratches and damage.

The design is digitally optimised and colour-calibrated, then printed photorealistically onto the wood using a high-resolution industrial printer. Enclosed between two layers of lacquer, it remains permanently protected from UV rays, scratches, moisture, and abrasion.

The text is produced using a custom-made branding iron, heated to a high temperature and pressed evenly onto the wood. The heat darkens and slightly embosses the characters, creating the typical fire-branded look.
